3. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If uptime falls below this threshold, credits may be issued.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spam, malware distribution, illegal content, and resource abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

ApaOne Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
